BRICK PRESENTS: AN INTIMATE WIM HOF METHOD WORKSHOP
On Sunday, September 15th, Brick cordially invites you to an intimate workshop to learn the fundamentals of the Wim Hof Method, limited to 25 attendees. This opportunity is being made available to us just this once.

In this fully immersive five-hour workshop, you will learn the fundamentals of the Wim Hof Method from one of the first U.S. Certified Instructors. These fundamental techniques “The Iceman" himself developed and used to find peace, control his mind, and achieve a high level of human performance.
This workshop will include both education and hands-on training as we introduce and explore the three pillars of the method: Ice Bathing, Breathing Exercises, and Mindset/Commitment. You will be learning, moving, breathing, fighting your reflexes to the cold, and ultimately expanding your human potential. You will come away with the tools, and training to begin (or upgrade) your daily practice in the Wim Hof Method, that you will have for the rest of your life. As with all Brick events, the workshop will be phone-free.

Practitioner Bio: Dr. Trisha Smith is a sports chiropractor and one of the first US Wim Hof Method Certified Instructors. She teaches workshops, corporate team building, mastermind experiences, and retreats around the world. She has worked with professional athletes, including the San Diego Padres, celebrities, and high-performance professionals.
