Brick Presents: Heart Broken Anonymous

  • Hyperslow 487 S. Fairfax Ave Los Angeles (map)

Heart Broken Anonymous is an in-person anonymous support group for people who have suffered from heart break or are currently heart broken. Although we typically think of heartbreak as associated with romantic loss, it can also include the loss of a loved one, pet, job, friendship, family turmoil, financial situation, unrequited love, a personal dream, etc. The goal of HBA is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where we share and listen to others' stories of heartbreak. This reminds us all that we are not alone, and we believe connection is the path to healing.

NO PRESSURE, NO EXPECTATIONS: Each person will have the opportunity to spend a few minutes sharing their personal story of heartbreak, but sharing is optional.

SAFE ZONE: Everything shared in the room is confidential.

YOUR TURN, YOUR TIME: We share and listen to each others' stories, because shared experiences help us realize we are not alone.

HOPE IS KEY: The evening will conclude by each of us sharing something we are grateful for.

PHONE-FREE: As with all Brick events, this is a phone-free evening.

This FREE event is open to anyone and everyone, but will be limited to 40 attendees. Please RSVP to secure your spot.
